I have avoided seeing doctors for so long because I never felt heard or helped in the 5-10 minutes I would spend with them at a time. Usually always quick to prescribe medication for this or that symptom, I would often feel defeated about any progress in my health. Since going to Restore for almost a year, and utilizing the team of professionals they provide, I see a light at the end of the tunnel and am getting answers I never knew I could get. My health is improving in all areas (including mentally and emotionally) and I am learning how to proactively live a life of prevention, understanding connections between my actions and my health that I never knew before. So thankful for my Restore family!
